• Has excellent communication skills and the ability to perform several tasks at the same time, and help the team realize a common mission;
• Understands basic marketing concepts;
• Talks openly about problems and is not afraid to propose new things.

What will you do in this position:

• Make products appear in the world and become successful;
• Take an active part in product development and pricing;
• Analyze external environment at competitors' prices, goods, services, services;
• Analyze customers and determine their needs;
• Take an active part in activities aimed at promoting TM and increasing its sales;
• Compares the product with competitors;
• Together with the development team, determine technical solutions and promote ideas for improving processes and optimizing development speed ;
• Conduct experiments and qualitative research;
• Analyze the launched product and its indicators;
• Solve complex tasks and look for new solutions;
• Control marketing events and activities and analyze their effectiveness;
• Prepare presentations on POSM products and other necessary documents / materials.
• Conduct training on the created product within the company.
