We are looking for a person who:
- Knows how to quickly and efficiently organize the work process, distributing tasks among the staff in accordance with the work plan.
- Has experience in the field of combating domestic and gender-based violence (participation in projects and programs to combat such challenges will be an added advantage).
- Has excellent communication skills and knows how to build a constructive dialogue both with stakeholders (negotiations, establishment and support of partnerships) and within the team. Monitors compliance with deadlines and ensures quality performance tasks.
- Has fundraising skills.
- Has solid PC skills, including Google Docs and other online tools.
- Communicative, responsible, proactive a person who is constantly learning, values his own time and the time of the team.
- Takes responsibility for his work, focusing on achievements result.
Responsibilities:
- Organization of shelter work: provision of proper conditions for victims, financial support - technical base, distribution of tasks and control over their implementation.
- Representation of the institution in authorities, institutions, organizations and other structures both in Ukraine and abroad.
- Monitoring of grant funds competitions, preparation and submission competitive proposals.
- Ensuring staff stability of the institution.
- Coordinating work with volunteers and involving them in projects if necessary.
- Conducting business correspondence and preparing reports.< /li>
- Monitoring legislative changes in the field of combating domestic and gender-based violence, making appropriate changes to internal documentation.
- Performance of other tasks necessary for effective functioning shelter.
