Product Manager, Formulation (Supplements) in AMO

A year ago, we launched the direction of phygital products - solutions that combine useful physical products with a personalized experience in the application. The application gives a person a clear path to the goal, and physical products reinforce this path: they help to see the result faster, remove barriers and make the process much easier.

We have already launched the first lines of dietary supplements. Therefore, we are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for the quality and effectiveness of the product composition: from the audit of the current line to the development of a new generation of products.

The key goal of the role is to increase the competitiveness of our supplements in the US market by providing a scientifically based composition, tangible effectiveness and trust from consumers.

Role opportunities:

• Real impact on product strategy. This is not "research for the sake of process" - your decisions directly affect what products we launch.
• Working with the US market. You will work with one of the most demanding and competitive markets in the world. You will be able to test and improve formulas so that our products really stand out.
• Business expertise. Close work with product managers, marketers, e-commerce team, lawyers will allow you to form a portfolio of real cases and see how your work affects the user.
• Measurable result. You will be able to track the results of your work from the idea of a formula and the choice of a compound to the reaction of a real user, sales and repeats purchases.

In this role you will:

• Improve the composition of existing products:analyze the formulas and SFP of suppliers, identify weak points and propose reasonable improvements;
• Create new dietary supplement formulas:select compounds, doses and combinations taking into account bioavailability, efficacy, safety and palatability;
• Conduct R&D and scientific research:work with sciencethese databases, monitor trends in nutraceuticals and form clear conclusions for products and marketing;
• Work with manufacturers: evaluate their offers — formulas, quality of raw materials, forms of compounds, flavor solutions — and recommend the best options for products.

Required expertise:

• 5+ years of dietary supplement, nutraceutical or pharmaceutical product development experience:you can develop formulas and launch/improve products, have an understanding of compounds, dosages, interaction of ingredients and production technology;
• Professional education: chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutics, biology or related specialties;
• Ability to work with scientific bases and research: search, evaluate quality, draw conclusions, compare alternatives;
• Ability to explain complex scientific things in simple words for non-technical colleagues;
• English proficiency level from B2:for reading scientific articles, communication with suppliers and international partners.
