Product manager (FinTech) in Nova poshta

What to do:

• Collection of product work requests from stakeholders, communication with stakeholders regarding the status of request fulfillment;
• Constant work with Product Owners and the Product Backlog;
• Compilation of business roadmap from stakeholders;
• Participation in planning the team's work, prioritizing tasks, ensuring communication between the business and the team of the product;
• Compilation of business cases, their calculation and protection before the customer;
• Preparation of business requirements, their agreement with the main internal stakeholders;
• Implementation of monitoring and analysis of product indicators, business metrics, in order to constantly improve the product and achieve business goals;
• Product description for customers, conducting introductory presentations of projects to key company employees, if necessary - preparation instructions for sales managers;
• Formation of hypotheses for product improvement;

We expect from you:

• Experience in writing technical documentation, understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Experienced user of MS Office, experience with Jira, Confluence (will be an advantage);
< li>Desirable experience with tools for creating flowcharts (Draw.io, Visio, etc.);
• English — Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate level;
• Work experience in fintech projects (mobile applications, payment services, non-banks, e-commerce, insurance companies) from 2 years;
• Experience of working with foreign economic contracts, foreign suppliers, payment services, financial service providers;
• Experience of working with IT services (mobile applications, websites, ERP, CRM, WMS systems);
• Communicativeness, stress resistance, ability to communicate with foreign partners, attention to details, analytical skills, organization, responsibility, ability to learn quickly, orientation to quality results;
