What to do:

• Collection of requests for product work from stakeholders, communication with stakeholders regarding the status of requests;
• Constant work with Product Owners and with the Product Backlog;
• li>Compilation of a business roadmap from stakeholders;
• Participation in planning the work of the team, determining the priorities of tasks, ensuring communication between the business and the team of the product;
• Compilation of business cases, their calculation and protection before the customer;
• Preparation of business requirements, their agreement with the main internal stakeholders;
• Implementation of monitoring and analysis of product indicators, business metrics, with the aim of continuous improvement of the product and achievement of business goals;
• Description of the product for clients, conducting familiarization presentations of projects to key employees companies, as necessary - preparation of instructions for sales managers;
• Formation of hypotheses for product improvement;

We expect from you:

• Experience of working in the FEZ: organization of transportation, logistics, customs brokerage service from 2 years;
• Experience of working with supply chains: transportation (FTL, LTL) by In Ukraine and abroad, transport and forwarding services, customs services, warehouse logistics, distribution;
• Experience work with foreign economic contracts, foreign suppliers, customs;
• Experience with IT services (programs for electronic declaration such as MD Office and QD Pro, websites, ERP, CRM, WMS systems, mobile applications);
• Experience in writing technical documentation, understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies;

• Experienced user of the MS Office package, work experience with Jira, Confluence (will be an advantage) experience with specialized software MD Office, QDPro, etc. (will be an advantage);

• Experience in the field of customs brokerage activities abroad (will be an advantage);< /li>
• Desirable experience with flowcharting tools (Draw.io, Visio, etc.);
• English - Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate level, Polish, Czech languages ​​(will be an advantage);
• Communication, stress resistance, ability to communicate with foreign partners, attention to details, analytical skills, organization, responsibility, ability to quicklylearn, focus on quality results;
