Responsibilities:

- participation in the development of the company's marketing strategy;
- participation in the development of the company's price strategy, discount system, promotions for the formation of demand and stimulation of product sales;
- analysis of the effectiveness of the discount system and the results of promotions to determine market trends;
- development and implementation of measures for increasing the profitability of the sale of positions based on the results of the margin analysis;
- development and implementation of measures to reduce the number of goods without movement and increase the turnover and profitability of stock;
- development and implementation of measures aimed at selling and stimulating the sale of seasonal goods;
- control over the level of sales and supply of goods, as well as ensuring the necessary level of stock;
- participation in the organization and conduct of marketing research on the study of the consumer market and its prospects, conducting an analysis of end-user demand;
- development of training programs and product presentations;
- conducting trainings, presentations, meetings (product demonstrations) with dealers, end-users to expand the product sales market;
- informational support for customers and other company departments on sales, promotions and special product offers;
- regular reporting to management company.
Requirements:
- Basic higher education, full higher education.?
- Experience in a similar position of product manager in product market research for at least 2 years.
- Desirable work experience in the technical market.
- English - preferably conversational level (participation in webinars (technical, marketing) of the head office; in particular, technical direction.
- PC skills: knowledge of Ms Office: Excel, Power Point, etc.
