Your main responsibility will be to ensure high quality and freshness of products, as well as effective management of production and personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Quality control of products in the showcase: conformity of cooking technology according to technological maps and HACCP requirements, compliance of products in the showcase with established standards, compliance with expiration dates and absence of expired goods on showcases.;
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and hygiene requirements at all stages of production;
• Planning and control of the production process, including work schedule, ordering of raw materials and materials;
• Control of compliance with regulatory requirements for production and product quality;
• Organization and training of personnel, ensuring their high qualifications.

Requirements for candidates:

• Experience in a similar position for at least 1 year;
• Knowledge of production technologies;
• High responsibility, organizational skills and the ability to manage personnel;
• Knowledge of quality, safety and hygiene requirements production;
