Product Manager (Deposits for business) in PrivatBank

• Formation and updating of the product line. You will be the one who decides what the passive products should be today in order to be ahead of the market tomorrow
• Constant monitoring of competitor rates, analysis of macroeconomic trends and prompt response to changes in NBU regulation
• Margin management, control of portfolio volumes and cost of attracting resources (FTP). You keep your hand on the pulse of profitability
• Complete "reflashing" of the customer journey (UX/UI) in Privat24 for business. Minimum clicks - maximum benefit
• Negotiation of limits, early termination conditions, automatic renewal and other product parameters
• Creating clear training materials for our network and 3700 line specialists

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• 2+ years in Product Management (preferably FinTech/Banking) or passive operations management
• Ability to collect data, put TK on samples and draw correct conclusions based on numbers
• Understanding the project life cycle, skills in forming clear technical tasks for development
• Deep understanding of passive operations and banking processes
• Ability to explain a complex banking function in the language of benefit for the client (through money, time savings or risk minimization)
