Product Manager / CPO (EdTech) in Vischa Liga

• Product leadership: full responsibility for the Premier League product as a complex system; independent development of solutions and initiatives without waiting for direct instructions.

• Deep research of the audience: holding product sales CustDev interview to identify pain points and needs.

• Generation of product solutions: development of new engagement mechanisms and tools to improve student results.

• Methodology improvement: continuous work on the educational trajectory and teaching methods.

2. Content creation and management

• Full cycle of content preparation: conducting research, creating MindMaps, structuring materials and preparation of final presentations for lectures.

• Control of the content plan: checking the timely release of posts and materials according with schedule.

• Quality on the platform: control of the completeness and relevance of all educational materials posted on platform.

• Planning: formation of a content plan and schedule of mandatory events for the next month.

3. Operational management and processes

• Regulation of processes: writing clear regulations for the work of chats, mentors, conducting events and discussions.

• Interaction with speakers: conducting negotiations with invited by experts.

• Preparation for events: control of readiness of presentations for group discussions and other ongoing events.

• Organization of Onboarding/Offboarding: attracting participants at the start, developing texts for channels/chats and finalizing training.

• Compliance with standards: відповідальність за надання всіх послуг та бонусів згідно з обраними тарифами.

4. Team and escort coordination

• Tracking escort team: daily monitoring of the work of mentors, curators and tracker.

• Team rating: analysis of mentors' work to identify mass difficulties in groups.

• Working with the asset: monitoring of captains' activity in peer groups.

• Communication analysis: checking assistant reports and analyzing announcement texts for compliance with product standards.

5. Monitoring, analytics and quality 

• Data-driven analytics: in-depth analysis of product metrics and preparation of improvement proposals.

• Product indicators: weekly slice of engagement and activity metrics (who passes the DZ, who goes to the debriefings).

• NPS Management: full responsibility for the collection, analysis and growth of the student loyalty index.

• Participant tracking: analysis of weekly connection tables and verification of the presence of a mentor connection with each student.

• Working with problem areas: work tracker tracking to identify students who are behind or struggling.

6. Communications and environment

• Monitoring of the educational environment: activity control in training chats (no obligation to answer on weekends).

• Communication mode: "mute mode" control in chats and mailings during weekends.

Requirements for the candidate

• Experience in the field of information business or with media projects (will be an advantage).

• High level of business ethics and broadcasting culture.

• Systematic, punctual and result-oriented.
