In connection with the expansion, we are looking for a Manager with product.

What skills and abilities are important for us:

• Higher education;
• Work experience from 5 years: product creation at an industrial enterprise, project management experience in the field of marketing;
• Knowledge of the Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Photoshop;
• Required free command of the English language (oral, written);
• Communication, analytical and organizational skills, creative approach, punctuality, ability to work in a team, stress resistance.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Creation of the product, starting from the idea stage to production of the industrial batch;
• Creation of ceramic tile design (texture and decorative elements) within the framework of a complex the vision of the collection of ceramic tiles, taking into account the market demand, innovations, trends, manufacturability in production;
• Market analysis, monitoring of global and Ukrainian trends in the design of ceramic tiles;
• Definition of market trends and needs ;
• Formation of an annual plan for the introduction of a new product;
• Development of technical specifications for new collections;
• Organization of work and ensuring effective communication with all involved company divisions and external suppliers with for the purpose of introducing a new product;
• Coordinating work on filling the catalog, product presentations, providing information about the product for the website and social media. networks;
• Analysis of the current assortment and the formation of proposals for the rotation of the assortment;
• Formation of the assortment matrix;
• Formation of recommendations on the assortment for retail outlets/retail equipment;

• Participation in the formation of product promotion policy;
• Preparation of reports and presentations.
