Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• 2+ years of experience in banking, Fintech or payment systems, with a focus on card transactions
• Understanding the mechanics of Approval Rate, payer authentication (3DS, etc.) and the principles of retail banking services
• The ability to argue one's opinion, proactivity and the ability to work in multitasking mode

It will be an advantage:

• Experience writing clear business requirements and backlog management (Agile/Scrum/Kanban)
• Knowledge of SQL (willingness to learn quickly)
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Miro/Figma
