Main responsibilities:
- Formation of the last mile development strategy — increasing speed, predictability, accuracy of tracking and convenience of the receiving process.
- Management of last mile processes for B2C International: analysis all stages from the arrival of the parcel to the country/hub until the final receipt by the buyer.
- Identification of key points of loss: delivery delays, low availability of post offices, problems with redirection, repeated delivery attempts, addressing errors.
- Generation of hypotheses and launch of improvements in last mile services.
- Development of acquisition methods and infrastructure: scaling of the PUDO/Lockers partner network in all countries of presence; optimization of zoning, coverage and availability of cells; implementation of fallback logic (automatic offer of an alternative point if the first one is not available); improvement of the UX of the selection of the collection point in all digital services (MoH, website, API, Business Cabinet).
- Optimization of tariffs and paid collection options: formation of a pricing model for address delivery, priority delivery, repeated attempts; analysis of clients' sensitivity to additional payments; testing of new delivery formats (scheduled delivery, time-slot delivery, premium delivery); preparation of proposals for tariff unification in all countries of presence.
- Coordination with internal departments (Operations, Transport, IT, partners, NovaPay, support) to increase last mile SLA, improve ETA accuracy, reduce incidents and increase route stability.
- Coordination of receipt scenarios with commerce and marketing of the e-commerce segment.
- Management of last mile quality and customer experience: responsibility for service quality upon receipt, including tracking validation,push notifications, SMS, support chat and redirection logic.
- Analyzing the main pain points of customers and launching improvements that reduce customer appeals.
Requirements for the candidate:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in the field of logistics or e-commerce;
- Experience in developing complex products with a large number of scenarios;
- Understanding the processes of order processing, last mile delivery;
- Experience in forming and implementing a product strategies;
- Ability to negotiate with partners, customers, internal stakeholders;
- Experience in making decisions based on data (GA4, Amplitude, SQL queries);
- Confident knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro;
- Experience of working in cross-functional teams using the Agile/Scrum approach.
