Product Manager (Automation/Robotics) in Nova poshta

Nova Poshta is the leader of express delivery in Ukraine. Our team is constantly growing, and now we are looking for: "Product Manager"in the direction of branch automation and robotics.

What needs to be done:

• Form and develop a branch automation and robotics product;
• Build end-to-end automated processes: receiving parcels, internal logistics (movement, storage), delivery to the client (self-service / automated).
• Manage the full product life cycle — from idea and MVP to scaling;
• Start and lead pilot projects: hypotheses > MVP > testing >scaling;
• Work with vendors and technology partners (robotic systems, automation solutions, hardware);
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: operations, IT, engineering, procurement;
• Ensure the integration of solutions into the existing logistics and IT architecture;
• Analyze product effectiveness and ensure compliance of solutions with the customer experience;
• Evaluate the economics of solutions (ROI, CAPEX / OPEX) and their impact on operational efficiency.

We expect from you:

• 2+ years of experience in the role of Product Manager / Product Owner / Program Lead;
• Experience working with operational or infrastructure products;
• Experience launching products or technology solutions from scratch (0>1);
• Experience of managing cross-functional teams;
• Understanding of logistics processes (warehouse, last mile) or complex operating systems;
• Experience of working with complex systems (hardware + software / automation / IoT) will be an advantage;
• Experience of interaction with vendors or technology partners;
• Product management skills: vision, roadmap, backlog, KPI;
• Financial thinking and understanding of ROI / unit economics / CAPEX vs OPEX;
• Ability to quickly test hypotheses and launch MVP;
