Product Manager in ProCare

ProCare is a manufacturer and distributor of face and body cosmetics. Our portfolio includes 12 own brands and hundreds of private label brands. We create high-quality cosmetics that are effective, efficient and meet European quality standards. Our goal is to prove in practice that Ukrainian cosmetics are competitive, high-quality and effective, to popularize the brand of Ukrainian cosmetics in Ukraine and the world. Currently, there is an open vacancy for a Product Manager, who strives to be a part of our professional team and implement his grandiose ideas.

What we expect:

• Experience in the positions of Product Manager, Brand Manager, Marketing Manager in FMCG - from 2 years;
• Knowledge of Excel, Photoshop, Canvas, etc. editors;
• The desire to develop and learn new things;
• Willingness to participate in the development of new products "from scratch"

Job duties:

• Development of new products according to the release plan;
• Organization of the process of creating new products: from the idea to the finished SKU;
• Management of R&D, design, production, logistics projects;
• Market analysis and competitors;
• Research of categories, trends, consumer insights;
• Preparation of recommendations for expanding the portfolio;
• Control of terms and quality parameters of development;
• Preparation of presentations of novelties for retail, product cards for your own website and additional materials related to the product;
• Working with reviews of brand products.
