We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team

• Systematic analysis, monitoring of the competitive environment in the market segment.
• Ensuring the appropriate level of brand knowledge among internal and external customers, creating a strategy and tactics for the promotion of the company's products on the domestic and foreign markets.
• Optimization and control of the effectiveness of the use of the marketing budget, monitoring of product profitability indicators, control of the effectiveness of the marketing tools used, initiation and implementation of new promotion tools .
• Creation of tools for drug promotion (campaigns, promotional materials, presentations, etc.), communication with opinion leaders (preparation of reports, creation of design and control of post-marketing studies).
• Preparation, planning and control of marketing research, support and control of advertising campaigns in mass media.
• Communication with advertising, production and promotion agencies, curation of media projects.
• Important! Business trips abroad are planned.

Requirements:

• Experience as a product manager or in pharmaceutical marketing fields (at least 5 years).
• Higher medical or pharmaceutical education will be an additional plus.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and trends.
• Experience in implementing all necessary types of promotional activity, the ability to develop promotional materials for products and develop tactical actions for the market plan.
• Successful experience of launching new products, the presence of implemented own projects. 
• Successful proven experience in the promotion of medicinal products to the Ukrainian and foreign markets will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, ability to make decisions based on data.
