Tenders manager (booking) in Tital Kompaniya, TOV

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of the legislation of Ukraine, which regulates public procurement. 
2. Ability to understand tender procedures. Training on specialized courses is desirable.
3. Successful experience in preparing tender proposals. Ability to use the web portal of public procurement, tender portals of large companies (DTEK, GOKI, SAP ARIBA, etc.), analytical portals Dozorro and bi.prozorro.

5. Performance of daily monitoring, search for announcements of tenders, competitive bidding, electronic bidding of the public and commercial sectors, corresponding to the field of activity of the campaign, expansion of the existing base of potential customers.
6. Timely and high-quality formation of documents necessary for participation in tenders (tenders) in interaction with the technical and legal divisions of the campaign:

• writing questions, requirements of the Customer regarding the content of the tender documentation, complaints to the AMCU;
• preparation of internal documents about the state of the company (status, qualifications, material and technical base, etc.), preparation of applications and obtaining certificates of no criminal record, tax certificates, certificates from banks, extracts (excerpts), certificates from the unified state register of persons who have committed corruption offenses and other obtaining bank/insurance guarantees for participation in the tender.
• participation in bidding procedures;
• preparation of the winner's documents;
• appeal of the customer's decisions to the AMCU;
• preparation of documents for return bank guarantees;
• systematization, accounting, prepared and submitted tender offers.

1. Understanding the essence and features of tender documentation. 
2. Experience in submitting documents for participation in the tender (non-resident resident). Preparation of draft contracts, keeping records of signed contracts and monitoring their implementation.
3. V/o, work experience from 2 years, in similar positions, attentiveness, the ability to analyze large amounts of information, draw conclusions, work in a team, focus on the result.
