Product Manager in Gamicorp

✔️ As a Product Manager You Will: 
- Work with business owners, stakeholders and the rest of the Product team to produce a product vision and roadmap to provide a best in class product to our customers.
- Research and analyse the market, understand competitors and listen to users to impact the product roadmap.
- With the use of data and business needs, define and build business cases and produce product specifications to growth Product KPIs.
- Together with business owners, assess value, develop cases, and prioritize tasks, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
- Serve as a Product Owner ensuring there is a healthy backlog.
- Provide backlog management, planning and elaboration of the user stories as well as create the requirements.
- Lead the product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
- Provide an active role in the successful release of our product features in line with the roadmap and timelines.
- Run tests, obtain results and perform detailed analysis on the success and impact of product improvements.
- Produce Sprints/Roadmap Reporting to provide visibility on what the team has been working on, and what will work on in following sprints.

✔️You Are:
- Has at least 3-5 years experience , including experience in the Gambling industry 
- Understand the principles of betting and gambling;
- Has a good understanding in gaming mechanics, games studios and games trends.
- Has a good understanding of Slots, Live Casino, Jackpot Games and other games ecosystems.
- Has a good understanding of UI/UX fundamentals.
- Has experience in competitive analysis and A/B testing.
- A hands-on type of character, yet with a strategic approach.
- Thrives at the intersection of Design, Tech and Business.
- Understanding the regulation of markets and peculiarities of licenses (official legislative acts and laws that regulate or prohibit betting/gambling activities).
- Successful experience with CustDev and conducting in-depth interviews.

- Deep understanding in bonus systems and users gamifications

- Work with both casino and sport products

✔️ Will be a plus:
- Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence/Trello);
- Analytical products (GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.);
- Data visualization products (Tableau, Data studio, Qlik, etc.);
- User behavior analysis tools (Hotjar, Fullstory, WebVisor, etc.);
- UI/UX creation tools (Figma, InVisio, Axure, Lucidchart etc.).
