Email Manager

We are looking for a strong email specialist to join our CRM team, which develops and maintains direct communication tools and automation platforms. The email channel is one of the most essential and important for us, so we want to ensure its functionality, develop automatic quality control systems, maintain its reputation, and optimize the mailing process.

Responsibilities:

• Warm up domains and IPs, maintaining their high reputation.
• Respond promptly to changes in key email channel metrics.
• Monitor reports in Postmaster.
• Analyze email campaign metrics and identify growth points.
• Generate hypotheses, conduct A/B tests, and implement effective changes to improve metrics.
• Launch emails within the framework of omnichannel CRM campaigns.
• Keep track of updates to email distribution requirements.
• Develop a system for controlling and supporting the volume of mailings.

• Automate the analytics and monitoring of key email channel "health" parameters.

   

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in managing the email channel.
• Experience in warming up domains and IPs.
• Experience working with Google Postmaster and knowledge of Gmail requirements.
• Deep understanding of DNS records for email domains.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience with ESP/CRM/CDP platforms.
• Experience in the iGaming/Betting industries.
• Excellent knowledge of key email metrics.
• Experience conducting A/B tests.

KPIs for the probation period:

• Launch the warm-up process for 3 domains.
• Maintain Postmaster reputation (domain and IP) at a level no lower than medium and achieve an average open rate of over 15% for all mailings.
