We are currently looking for a Product Manager

What challenges await :

< li> Generate hypotheses to improve product metrics through the process of conducting a/b tests;
• Research and optimize the user journey to improve the user experience;
• Conduct comprehensive market, user and competitor research to find product growth points.

This is a key point in the job description. It is very important to describe the applicant's duties as accurately as possible and at the same time stimulate his interest in the position. Specify what tasks the candidate will face and what results you expect from him. Explain each task in detail. For example:
— To perform in conditions when the Sales department needs to be built from scratch - you will not have scripts, processes, CRMs, you will have to build and change everything yourself;
—Start system internal training in SKELAR;
— Build effective processes from scratch and assemble a team as needed.

What is important to us:

Must have:

1. The ability to systematically approach problem solving - looking for the cause of the problem, breaking it down into smaller components and forming a solution.
2. Experience in forming and testing hypotheses.
3. Ability to take responsibility and complete tasks 'from 0 to 1'
