Product manager in InProject Hub

InProject is a multi-profile IT company that has been developing and implementing software innovations in the business of its clients for more than 6 years, provides a full range of marketing services, as well as complex solutions for setting up the company's business processes.

We are looking Product Manager, who will help develop international services in the field of digital solutions for customers.

You will work in a product team together with developers, designers and analysts, influencing decisions from the first stages.

What is important:

• 3+ years of experience in product management (Agile / Scrum / Kanban);
• understanding of analytics, financial indicators (ROI, LTV, unit economics);
• ability to build business models and form a roadmap;
• experience with analytical tools (GA, Power BI or similar);
• English - from level B2.
• knowledge of compliance principles (KYC, AML, GDPR) - will be an advantage.

What you will do:

• you will form a product strategy and roadmap;
• you will analyze markets, competitors and user needs;
• you will manage the full life cycle of the product - from idea to release;
• you will form business cases, hypotheses, requirements to development;
• you will be responsible for analytics, metrics, user experience and growth points;
• you will collaborate with development, design, marketing and sales teams.
