We are looking for an attentive and analytical Product Manager who knows how to turn user behavior data and product metrics into actionable insights.
In this role, you will work closely with the development and marketing teams, form technical tasks, manage experiments and validation hypotheses, and analyze analytics and user data to make effective product decisions.
The ideal candidate has an analytical mindset, experience with product analytics, and the ability to lead a product from idea to release, combining strategic vision with attention to detail.
Your role is to be a product driver: from idea to launch, from early adopters to scale.
Your tasks:
- Developing a product strategy and roadmap: from setting goals to implementing features and measuring results.
- Formation of product hypotheses, their testing through A/B tests and other experiments.
- Analysis of user behavior and key metrics (Retention, LTV, ARPU, Conversion, Engagement, DAU/MAU).
- Construction and optimization of CJM, identification of bottlenecks in funnels and improvements UX.
- Preparation of technical tasks for designers and developers (Jira, Confluence, Figma). management recommendations.
What is important to us:
- 2+ years of Product Manager/Product Analyst experience, ideally with mobile applications.
- Experience managing white apps and subscription models, increasing activation, retention, user engagement and monetization. - MANDATORY
- Ability to manage multiple projects, teams simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of product metrics, analytics and experiments.
- Ability to manage the product life cycle — from idea to release.
- Hands-on experience with analytical tools: Amplitude, Firebase, GA4, Hotjar or similar.
- Understanding unit-economics and monetization principles of mobile products.
- Ability to formulate and detail technical tasks for development and design teams.
- Experience interacting with marketing and product teams to achieve common goals.
Would be an advantage:
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
- Knowledge of SQL (basic queries for independent data analysis).
- Experience with growth-mechanics: retention, reactivation, user engagement.
- Understanding risky user patterns (abuse / churn behavior).
