Sports portalTips. gg with an audience of over 1 million. users per month, looking for an experienced Product Manager which will help create and implement product development strategy with a focus on monetization through subscriptions, scaling and implementation of effective solutions to take the project to the next level

• 2 years of online product management experience;
• Strategic thinking and the ability to develop effective strategies for the growth of an Internet product;
• Team player with excellent communication skills;
• Ability to formulate clear and understandable tasks for other departments of the company;
• Experience in analyzing, monitoring and using KPIs to make informed decisions about product improvement;
• Flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic startup environment and changing processes;
• High initiative and proactivity in solving tasks, ability to multitask.

• Experience in projects related to sports, betting or subscription services;

Main tasks:

• Development and implementation of Internet product development tactics with an emphasis on increasing revenue and users;
• Management of monetization initiatives including experimentation with pricing and integration of new payment methods;
• Improving the funnel of attracting new users : effectively converting them from free to premium subscription, increasing the overall level of profit;
• Traffic conversion funnel optimization to partner sites;
• Conducting audience surveys regarding the integration of new functional solutions on the site;
• Collaboration with marketing and technical teams< font style="vertical-align: inherit"> to introduce an improved product;
• Product adaptation for different markets, taking into account the regional needs of users;
• Building and using KPIs to measure success : Focus on key metrics such as total subscriptions, conversion rate and LTV.< /li>
