We are currently looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team for the brands WHITE MANDARIN and GREEN MAX
Responsibilities:
- Market and competitor analysis: studying the market, competitors and trends to develop effective product promotion strategies.
- Participating in product development: collaborating with the technology team to provide feedback and new product recommendations based on consumer needs.
- Sales Support: Assisting the Marketing Team in developing strategies to achieve sales goals, including pricing and promotions.
- Partner training: prconducting webinars for the company's partners to teach them about product characteristics, sales techniques and ways to communicate effectively with customers.
- Conducting webinars and presentations: organizing online and offline events to present new products, their composition and benefits, to ensure proper information for partners and customers.
- Development of training materials: creation of presentations, booklets and other POS materials that help in training and sales of products.
- Communication with partners: interaction with distribution users and retail partners, providing them with what they need information and training to effectively sell products.
- Customer feedback: collecting and analyzing customer feedback to help improve products and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of natural products and their compositions.
- Experience work in sales, experience in natural cosmetics or home products preferred.
- Ability to conduct presentations and trainings webinars.
- High communication skills.
- Creativity and initiative in sales and training approaches.
Working conditions:

- Working schedule: Mon-Fri, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. :00 (office format, coffee/tea and other goodies)).
