Head of analytics and reporting (Product owner) in Lugera Ukraine

What you will do as Head of Analytics and Reporting (PO):

• Ensuring compliance of the product strategy with the strategic development plan of the tribe;
• Working with the product backlog, in particular based on: vision and expectations of customers, business lines, benchmarking, internal bandwidth;
• Ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, identifies and analyzes their needs;
• Conversion of customer needs into User Story or any business requirements previously agreed in the team;
• Manage both financial and quality product KPIs;
• Determining the directions and actions necessary to execute the overall product strategy;
• Ensuring the development of the team within the limits their competencies;
• Organizing communication with other teams within and outside the tribe for effective product development;
• Maintain regular communication with sponsor and stakeholders to support overall strategy vision of product;
• Quarterly report on product performance (budget, revenue, KPIs, issues, feedback customers);
