Product Manager in Boosta Inc

We, Boosta, are an international IT company with a portfolio of many successful products, performance marketing projects and our own investment Burner Foundation.

Boosta was founded in 2014 and since then the number of boosters has grown to 600+. We are actively developing and creating cool career opportunities for our specialists!

Now we are looking for a responsible and intelligentProduct Manager to our team! We hope to see you at the interview, but let's make sure first that we are suitable for each other.

What tasks will need to be done?

• Explore customer pain points and business opportunities.
• Identify and test hypotheses.
• Analyze and optimize product funnels.
• Launch and monitor features and enhancements, and report on their results to the team.
• Work closely with the RnD team and other stakeholders.
• Plan sprints based on the quarterly roadmap and random requests from stakeholders.
• Prepare and conduct scrum ceremony.

What do we expect from you? 

• Proven track record of successful product implementation.
• Basic analytical skills (knowledge of SQL will be a plus) and natural curiosity.
• Experience in agile / scrum environment, good knowledge of common practices and routines.
• Attention to details and ability to organize not only own work, but also work of RnD team.
• Timely and proactive communication, transparency and responsibility.
• Experience in EdTech or Ecommerce is a big plus.
• Experience with the US market will be an advantage.

The trial period for this position is 3 months, during them we will get used to and work together.
