The main duty is SEO promotion of own project in the field of hosting providers.

Requirements and experience:

• SEO promotion experience from 3x years;
• Experience in working with multilingual projects
• Skills in working with the technical settings of the site (you do not have to program, but the ability to find a problem and describe it in the TOR for a programmer is mandatory);< /li>
• Experience with internal optimization. Starting with basic things (title, description, content) and improving user experience and working with behavioral factors;
• Experience with external promotion (search for donors, negotiations with site owners, ordering and placing articles on donor sites or media), including crowd marketing;
• Confident use of tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Screaming frog;
• Creation of TK for developers, copywriters, link builders.

Preferred:

• English language B1-B2
• Promotion experience in the USA, UK, CA, AU, EU (at least one of the English-speaking regions).

What needs to be done

• Analysis of competitors and their promotion methods;
• Find growth points and use them new methods in the strategy of promoting our sites;
• Search and analysis of key queries. Expansion of the semantic core;
• Internal optimization of existing pages and creation of new ones;
• External optimization, publications in the media (we have authors and an editor), link building/outreach/crowd (independently or later with the help outsourcing);
• Analysis of links to competitors and implementation of a follow-up strategy according to them;
• Selection of contractors;
• With the support of our COO, the construction of system work and effective processes related to SEO
• Analysis of the technical condition of sites and in case of problems - staging TK of the programmer;
• Search for new "features" and implementation on our site together with the programby city;
• Working with a large array of data from Analytics / Ahrefs, etc. Search for regularities, causal factors. Forming hypotheses;
• Analyzing the effectiveness of SEO works and informing the team about the effectiveness of the work.

What should be prepared for?
