Product manager in AV metal grup

The company AB metal group is one of the leading suppliers of rolled metal in Ukraine. We have been operating since 2009 and already have more than 270 metal service centers and more than 25 branches and 2000+ positions.

The company is constantly growing and opening new ones metal service centers, increases the production capacity of rolled metal, mesh and corrugated board in different parts of the country. We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Product manager in the purchasing department.

Main tasks:

• develop a development strategy and product promotion on the market;
• make a budget;
• plan product KPIs, monitor KPI implementation;
• pricing;
• forecast sales volumes;
• form a team, establish areas of responsibility and work order;
• create sales promotion programs;
• prepare and publish product materials;
• consult partners on technical issues;
• participate in negotiations with customers and suppliers;
• participate in seminars, exhibitions, conferences.

It is important for us:

• experience as a product manager;
• complete higher technical or economic education;
• excellent analytical abilities and the ability to make strategic decisions;

• mastery of MS Excel (VPR, formulas, summary tables, etc.), MS Word, PC — at the level of a confident user, 1C.;
• logical thinking, knowledge of the principles of assortment planning and assortment management ;
• high level of responsibility in solving tasks;
• orientation on results, systematicity, initiative, sociability, self-organization, attention to details, desire to develop and improve.

Would be great, but not required:

• understanding of business processes in the field of logistics or procurement;
• knowledge of the rolled metal market;
• knowledge of the manufacturing industry and its business processes.
