Product Manager in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international food IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with the co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.

Now we are in search Product Manager to Howly – a marketplace of professional online consultations We plan to revolutionize the online consulting industry and become a personal pocket expert. Howly provides fast, personalized and accessible answers to users' questions, and for experts it creates an opportunity to effectively apply their knowledge, experience and time.

< strong style="font-weight: 600; font-style: inherit">What challenges await:

– Create a backlog hypotheses and ideas to improve the product from a UX point of view
– Form a backlog of experiments related to email/SMS/Push communication
– Prepare these experiments/features together with designers, and bring them to release with engineers

What is important to us:< /p>

Must-have:

– Experience working on a product or in product analytics with hypothesis generation
– Experience working with product analytics, incl. use of analytical tools (e.g. Amplitude/Tableau/PowerBI/GA)
– Ability to systematically approach problem solving - look for the cause of the problem, break it down into small components and form a solution
– Basic understanding of patterns in UX/UI - what can work well and what can work poorly (not necessarily from courses or books, it can be from experience/analysis of competitors/...)
– Experience of interaction with engineers

Nice-to-have:

– English not lower than upper-intermediate
– Understanding of development processes, what is the API, the difference between Front-end and Back-end
