MUSK Construction is looking for a dynamic Lead Qualification Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for inbound leads, helping to shape their journey with us. Your mission is to qualify these leads and seamlessly pass them on to our internal Sales Representatives, ensuring every client experiences our top-tier service from the start.
Who are we looking for?
1. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
2. 1-2 years of business experience - experience in the construction area is a plus
3. Telephone Sales and persuasiveness skills
4. Computer skills with working knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
5. Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills in English (C1)
It will be a plus to have:
1. Experience in the construction area is a plus
2. Experience in the US market is a plus
What you will be doing?
1. Quickly engage with inbound leads from the Marketing Department to determine if they are target leads.
2. Schedule site visits for our Sales Team.
3. Ensure that the logistics routes for the Sales Team are effective.
4. Coordinate with sales executives to advance leads and opportunities through the sales cycle.
5. Maintain internal CRM and engagement platforms to track opportunities and completed sales.
