Coordinator of rehabilitation teams in Red Cross Ukraine

The Red Cross Society of Ukraine (RCHU) announces a competition for the position of Coordinator of rehabilitation teams.

The Red Cross Society of Ukraine is the largest humanitarian organization in Ukraine, which is one of the first to respond to all emergency situations in the country and provides assistance to those who need it most.

Main responsibilities:

• Planning work, meeting targets, coordination of interregional specialists, reporting.
• Organization and control of the provision of rehabilitation services by mobile teams.
• Monitoring of rehabilitation activities in communities, ensuring compliance with international standards, development of provisions on MRK.
• Participation in the creation and adaptation of algorithms, instructions, SOPs, methodology and protocols together with partners.
• Ensuring timely performance of tasks.
• Providing information and consultations to structural units and partners regarding the rehabilitation project.
• Project implementation control, monitoring, reporting, staff training according to quality standards.
• Conducting regular monitoring visits to regional organizations, evaluating the quality of programs, providing feedback.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of management, health care.
• Additional project management trainings.
• At least one year of experience in managing humanitarian projects.
• Understanding how a project is implemented and the project life cycle (initiation, project planning, analysis and control of implementation, data collection and analysis, project completion).
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to cooperate and work in a team.
• Ability to make decisions.
• Skills to work with partners.
• Ability to apply non-standard solution at work.
• Ability to build trust.
