ELEKS company is looking for a Product Implementation Analyst (Deployment and Support) to the product Doctor ELEKS in Ukraine.

About the product
 
Dr. Eleks is a medical information system that helps provide improved support to its patients through automation and optimization of complex operational processes and methods of managing patient clinical data.

The main goal of the product is to increase the quality and value of providing medical services.

• Professional education in the field of IT
• Work experience: from 3 years in the positions of IT specialties
• Basic knowledge of building a database, understanding the operation of relational databases
• Experience with MS SQL, writing store procedures.Knowledge of excel
• Analytics skills
• Basic knowledge of product testing
• Ability to think analytically and develop solutions that meet the needs of customers
• Ability to think logically, consistently and competently express your opinion in written form
• Eagerness to learn and self-study
• Attention to detail

DUTIES

• Deployment, basic settings, data import to fill the customer base.
• Support of existing customer installations (development of reports, document templates, settings).
• Writing procedures/views/functions in the database to implement custom customer processes.
• Primary query optimizations in the procedures.
• Manipulation of data in the database.
• li>Setting technical tasks for developers, monitoring their implementation, testing.
• Communication with the customer.
• Testing before releases.
