Our goal is to make a healthy lifestyle accessible to everyone who wants to change.About the tasks:— Work out the UI design of layouts to attract new users;— Improve the design of existing pages through a/b testing to increase the conversion to purchase;— Work out the benefits of the product , graphs, paywalls and look for new ideas to attract users on the topics of Health&Fitness and Mental Health;— Collaborate with specialists in various areas, including product managers, marketers, analysts, UX researchers, to identify growth opportunities and develop effective design solutions;— Work with our developers and testers to ensure proper design implementation;— Refine designs based on user feedback and data analysis;— Develop and maintain a design system and brand book to ensure product consistency across platforms. About you:— In you have at least 5 years of experience in design with a focus on UI design, experience in graphic design is also a plus;— You have at least 1-2 years of experience in product design with an emphasis on growth or user engagement. Experience with paywalls is a big plus;— Your portfolio can demonstrate design solutions supported by metrics;— You have an understanding of user behavior and psychology;— You have experience with Figma, Miro, Jira, and Adobe Creative Suite;— You have experience with user research methodologies and data analysis tools (for example, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau);— You understand front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design. In addition to the above technical skills, we expect the future colleague to be good a team player. 🤜🏾🤛🏾Details about the department: We are looking for a Marketing Product Designer to join our Web team who will actively work on user engagement and monetization. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating designs that improve business metrics and have an understanding of user behavior and psychology. Currently, the team consists of 6 designers + a team leader. There are daily sinks, once a week design sink, retro, learning, and if necessary, you can gather for a brainstorm.
