Our ideal candidate: 

• Has a higher education in the field of graphic design.
• Owns all the tools of Adobe,Figma, actively uses AI  
• Has experience in creating design of digital products and web interfaces (UI/UX )
• Able to develop visual design of sites,choose colors, fonts, styles and compositions, create page layouts and interact with developers.
• Confidently tests and optimizes design to achieve an ideal user experience.
• Fluent in Ukrainian and has a level English at least Intermediate
• Expert in web design trends  
• Has a well developed sense of style 
• Responsible, communicative and able to lead a team 

What should be done?

• Form innovative design concepts based on client requests and research.

 • Develop prototypes and test them with the team.

 • Createcreate visually appealing, functional designs that take into account the needs of the target audience.

• Lead a team of junior designers through the entire creative process.

Preference is given to candidates with media or IT experience.
