Middle System Administrator in Smarter

TeamSmarter looking forMiddle System Administrator, who seeks professional development and is ready to work in a team of experienced specialists. 

Main tasks: 

• Configuration, monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructure of office employees (PCs, laptops, printers);

• Providing assistance with current problems with users' office software;

• Configuration, monitoring and maintenance of network equipment (routers, switches, access points). In particular, Mikrotik network equipment;

• Settings and configuration of Jira/Confluence, Google Workspace, Slack systems.

What experience are we looking for:

• 3 years of experience as a System Administrator;

• Experience of working with Google Workspace, ESET Protect, Jira, Confluence services.

• Knowledge and understanding of protocols: TCP/IP, ARP, DNS, DHCP, SNTP, SMTP, IMAP, ICMP, IPSec, VoIP; understanding of the basic principles of routing and switching;

• Experience of working with server infrastructure in and outside the office based on Windows Server 2012-2019;

• Proficiency in basic console utilities to diagnose network and hardware issues;

• Experience with client terminals Bloomberg, QuickBooks, Hyper-V, Terminal Server, FreePBX, Asterisk will be an advantage;

• Skills in the construction and maintenance of small structured cabling systems (SCS) will be an added advantage.
