Product Analyst in Kasta

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join the team to develop the KASTA loyalty program and optimize the user experience. Work on user behavior analysis, A/B testing, product metrics and data-driven decisions for the product team.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years of Product Analyst or similar role with focus on product analytics;
• Work with product metrics: experience with retention, churn, conversion funnel, LTV, cohort analysis;
• Advanced knowledge of SQL: complex queries with window functions, CTE, cohort analysis, experience with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse;
• A/B testing: experience in conducting experiments, statistical significance;
• Confidence in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau);
• Analytical skills: ability to generate and test hypotheses, identify insights, prepare presentations for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analytical support of product development (mechanics, engagement, retention);
• Conducting A/B tests to test product hypotheses;
• User cohort analysis, user path and conversion funnel analysis;
• Building and maintaining product metrics (activity, retention, churn, lifetime value);
• Identifying insights and growth points for the product team;
• RFM segmentation, analyzing user behavioral patterns;
• Preparing analytical reports and presentations for stakeholders;
• Working with event tracking, setting up analytics on the product;
• Collaboration with product managers, marketing, analytics team to make decisions based on data.

Will be a plus

• Experience in e-commerce or marketplaces;
• Knowledge of Python for analytics (pandas, numpy);
• Knowledge of statistical approaches (Bayesian statistics, causal analysis).
