Product Analyst in PRO.people Recruitment Agency

About the role:
International IT company operating in global marketslooking for an experienced Product Analyst.

The company's product is B2C, presented on all platforms - desktop, mobile, apps.

• Regular collection, analysis and visualization of the dynamics of changes in the main metrics for the product;

• Research of user behavior - how users interact with the product, identifying problem areas and opportunities to improve the user experience, helping the product team generate ideas.

• Hypothesis testing and conducting A/B tests with the product team, analysis of results;

• Provide product improvement recommendations, develop forecasts and help make strategic decisions based on data;

• Generate reports and visualizations for managers and product teams to visually present analysis results and make them understandable for decision-making.

Our candidate for this role has:

• experience in the position of Product Analyst from 1 year;
• ability to configure the download and "clean" data for further work;
• ability to form hypotheses, draw conclusions, provide recommendations;
• skills for working with Excel/Google Sheets, PowerBI, GA4;
• skills in working with Hotjar, Amplitude and other analytics tools.
