BO "Light of Hope" (hereinafter - the Organization) has been a leader in the provision of social services for representatives of key groups in the Poltava region for more than 25 years. Today, the organization's activities are implemented on the territory of Poltava, Kharkiv and Sumy regions. The main goal of the Organization is: providing a wide range of social services and creating conditions for the sustainable functioning of the public health system at the level of best international practices.
OVERVIEW OF THE PROJECT
BO "Light of Hope" started implementation of the project "Innovative educational and social initiatives to support the vulnerable population of the Sumy region", which is implemented with the support of Swiss Solidarity. This project is aimed at promoting the creation of a safe, inclusive and fair environment for learning and development, ensuring access to education for women and children and combating gender-based violence at the level of 4 communities of the Sumy region: Konotopsk, Romensk and Sumy. The project implementation period is 01.11.2024-31.10.2025.
For the successful implementation of the project, the organization of the project manager service provider in the city of Poltava.
Main functions:
1. Project Planning: Responsible for developing the project plan, including defining project goals and objectives, establishing timelines and budgets, and determining resources and performance requirements.
2. Resource Management: Provides the necessary resources to complete the project, including human, financial, and material resources.
3. Team Management: Responsible for managing the project team, providing motivation, support and facilitating effective collaboration between employees.
4. Risk management: ensures the identification and assessment of project risks, as well as the implementation of measures to manage them.
5. Project implementation management: responsible for monitoring project implementation and tracking compliance with the plan.
6. Communication: Ensures effective communication between all project stakeholders, including the project team, customer, participants and other stakeholders.
7. Customer management: ensures the satisfaction of the customer's needs and compliance of the project results with the customer's requirements and expectations.
8. Evaluation and reporting: provides evaluation of project results and preparation of reports on project implementation.

Terms of payment:
Payment for completed works is carried out after the transfer of documentation to confirm the completed work for each task and the signing of acts of completed works.
