Procurement specialist in Novus

Company NOVUS, one of the most successful and promising supermarket chains in Ukraine, invites aSpecialist from procurement

Functional Responsibilities:

- Preparation of an application for the purchase of TMC to suppliers coming from stores and structural of the company's divisions

-Compilation of technical terms of reference for conducting tenders for the supply of TMCs

-Analysis of tender offers

-Searching for the necessary TMCs and determining procurement sources

- Conducts negotiations with potential suppliers to obtain minimum prices and the most favorable terms of delivery

- Analysis of negotiations

- Organization of work on signing contracts and specifications, monitoring the fulfillment of contract conditions

- Payment of the order in the SAP S4Hana system, control of the settlement of orders

- Work with project documentation, design projects, store planning

p>- Control of document flow with suppliers (work with primary accounting documentation: invoices, expense invoices, reports of completed works, reconciliation reports, reports revaluations)

- Control of inventory balances of goods of the category of purchases

- Continuous research of the market of goods of the category of purchases

Skills required for functional duties:

- PC skills: MS Office, SAP, 1C, AutoCad

- Experience in purchasing the following categories of goods: shelving equipment, accent lighting, refrigeration equipment, technological and production equipment, cash register equipment
