Our employee in this position:

• Makes the preparation of schedules, submission of applications and packages of documents for customs clearance
• Makes the submission of applications for the issuance of manufacturer's declarations for shipment from warehouses, for further release veterinary documents and for the issuance of additional veterinary certificates (transit, immigration) for further transit and the formation of a package of documents for the client
• Consolidates and transfers documents at the destination (within the territory of Ukraine) to ensure customs clearance
data, as well as - for keeping registers to ensure control of the delivery of originals
• Ensures the provision of documents and information upon request (traceability, audit, etc.)
• Prepares corrective letters and other request letters for veterinary and customs services
• Ensures timely submission of applications for payment, signs invoices and acts within the scope of the above services and in accordance with the provided powers
• Interacts with veterinary and brokerage services in the process of fulfilling applications for customs clearance and issuance of veterinary documents

• Knowledge of the basic requirements for the package of documents for the client, the requirements of transit countries for cargo clearance and the package of documents
• Skills of business correspondencei
• Proficiency in accounting systems at the level of a confident user EXCEL, О365
• Knowledge of the English language
• Experience in ZED, SAP ERP
