Main wishes for the candidate:

• experience working with nomenclature, directories or applications as needed — from 5 years
• confident user of 1C and Excel
• understanding of procurement processes and accounting requirements
• experience of working in a large company or holding (agricultural sector will be an advantage)
• system thinking, attention to details, responsibility
• ability to work with a large amount of data and interact with different divisions

Functional responsibilities:

• maintenance, updating and optimization of nomenclature directories and categories
• unification and standardization of the nomenclature in accordance with accounting and bookkeeping requirements
• remove duplication and errors in the directories
• implement unified rules of names, categorization and units of measurement
• methodological control of the correctness of applications for the need
• to ensure the correct creation of applications and accounting of MC
• to make data transparent for purchases, warehouses and finances
• development and implementation of rules and standards for inventory management
• consultative support of divisions (purchases, finance, internal customers)
• formation of analytical reports at the request of management
