Purpose of the position: ensuring the achievement of the Company's strategic goals and increasing operational and business efficiency by developing and implementing transformation, ensuring optimization and automation of the Company's business processes.
We are looking for a colleague who will be responsible for organizing the study, implementation and development of business process optimization tools, in particular automation, including: automation of business processes;
• Measuring and analyzing operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement;

• Formation and provision of analytical materials and reports to the direct manager.

• Has critical thinking and negotiation skills
• Has practical knowledge of project management methodology (PMBOK, PRINCE, Agile, etc.)
• Possessed tools for project management (MS Project / MS Project Server) and collaboration and task management (Confluence, Jira, Slack and similar) An additional advantage will be:
• experience of working as a product/project manager or business analyst
• the presence of a PMP, Lean or similar certificate.
