Analyst at Structured Finance in Metinvest

Metinvest an international vertically integrated group of steel and mining companies with assets in Ukraine, Europe and the US, is looking for a Senior Analyst at Structured Finance.

We are looking for Analyst at Structured Finance

What the job involves:

• support in providing economical evaluation/efficiency of the financial projects;
• preparation of analytical and presentation materials for senior management (due diligence, competitive analysis, valuation, investment analysis, etc.);
• financial modeling incl. participation in preparation of the Group’s financial model;
• monitoring of financial covenants and other restrictions, embedded in the structure of the financial instruments, as well as maintenance of managerial reporting and information requirements;
• development and perfection of internal and external reporting formats/standards.

Our expectations:

• a master’s degree in Finance or Economics;
• min 4 years of experience in finance, investment banking, Big 4 or corporate side;
• english – advanced/fluent;
• outstanding analytical and modelling skills, attention to details, ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure, team player, strategic/big picture thinking, research skills;
• CFA, CIMA, ACCA, etc. is a plus;
• team work.
