Process automation specialist using Make (Integromat) in PrimeHire

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced automation specialist who is confident with Make (formerly Integromat). If you are an expert in creating complex automation scenarios, know how to work with APIs, integrations and data - we would love to have you on our team! 

Responsibilities:

Analysis of customer business processes and development of solutions for their automation using Make .

Creating complex automation scenarios and integrations between different systems (CRM, ERP, chatbots, mail services, social networks, etc.).

Working with APIs and webhooks to create custom solutions.

 Optimization and improvement of existing automation scenarios.

 Training and support of customers on the use of developed solutions.

 Testing, documentation and support of automation scenarios.

Requirements:

Experience with Make (Integromat) from 1 year.

Knowledge basics of working with API, REST and webhooks.

Experience integrating popular services (Google Workspace, Telegram, Slack, Notion, CRM systems, etc.).

Skills in working with JSON and basic programming languages ​​(e.g. JavaScript) for scripting or data processing (preferred).

 Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into automation scenarios.

 Competent written and verbal communication.

 Responsibility, attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines.

Will be an advantage:

Experience with other automation tools (Zapier, Power Automate, n8n, etc.).

Database and SQL understanding.

UX/UI expertise to create convenient interfaces automation.
