Requirements:

• A confident PC user;
• 2 years of experience in a retail network in a similar position;
• Willingness to learn new technologies and products;
• Availability of a car (required).

Duties:

• Installation and maintenance of software and hardware parts of retail outlets (connection of cash registers, cash registers, barcode scanners, etc.);
• LAN installation;
• Solving problems by phone, if necessary, visits to facilities;
• Ensuring smooth operation of the LAN and office equipment of the regional office and retail outlets;
• Administration of workstations / servers based on Windows XP / 7/2003 / 2008R2 / 2012;
• PC settings, fault diagnosis, large-node repair; Technical support of users, including remote support of the organization.
• Antivirus protection of the organization.
