We are looking for a person with systems thinking who can help in optimizing and systematizing the company's organizational processes. 
Requirements:

  • Higher technical, mathematical or economic education or similar disciplines
  • Experience as an analyst in retail or in related fields for at least 1 year
  • Knowledge of modern methodologies and business process analysis tools (BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Knowledge of basic BPMN, IDFE, UML notations
  • Experience with process modeling and automation software (ARIS, Bizagi, Visio, Miro, etc.)
    Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent analytical skills and focus to details
  • Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis
  • Skills in the development and optimization of operational processes
