• Analysis of the efficiency of business processes
• Determination of key indicators of the efficiency of business processes (KPI)
• Making proposals for the optimization of business processes
• Participation in the development of mechanisms for implementing optimization solutions

• Description of business processes, policies, user instructions related to business processes
  
  

  Requirements:
  

• Education: business management, economics, finance

• Work experience:
  • in a relevant position or
  • IT Business analyst in the domains of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics or
  • RPA (Robotic Process Automation ) Developer
• Fluency in modeling notations (BPMN, Flowchart)
• Experience in creating relevant documentation:
  • description of business processes
  • policy
