Your key tasks:

  • Analysis of the company's current processes and the search for points of their improvement;
  • Participation in the description and visualization of current business processes;
  • Collection of data from internal customers and participation in interviews training of employees;
  • Modeling of business processes in BPMN notation;
  • Building of "as is" and "to be" models;
  • Development and coordination of project solutions to optimize business processes;
  • Preparation of functional requirements for process automation;
  • Interaction with business and IT teams, support for implementation of changes;
  • Quality control of implementation and process support;
  • Development of company regulations in accordance with standards.

It will be great for us to work together if you:

  • You have experience in the role of a process analyst from 1 to 3 years;
  • You have deep knowledge and experience in using BPMN 2.0, Visio, Bizagi, ARIS and other modeling methodologies;< /li>
  • You know how to optimize business processes and develop regulations, instructions, checklists;
  • You have knowledge, approaches, methodologies process management;
  • You have experience in building or reengineering business processes, participating in process automation projects;
  • You have developed communication skills and the ability to work with resistance to change;
  • li>You have analytical and systems thinking;
  • You have experience working with Microsoft 365;
  • You have traits: openness, emotional intelligence, stress resistance;
  • You know English.
