Business analyst for the implementation of IT products in ZERNOVA STOLICYa, TOV

An international company with production and head office in Ukraine (Odesa) is looking for a business analyst to implement IT products .
Domain: elevator business, storage and processing of agricultural crops.

• System automated elevator business management.

• Automated transport accounting system.

• System of remote automated control of technological processes of the elevator (industrial automation).

Responsibilities:

Implementation of IT products:

1. Development and coordination of the implementation plan with the client.

2. Preparation of documentation for implementation.

3. Training of the client's employees.

4. Providing customer support after implementation, collecting feedback.

Project management:

1. Planning, coordination and control of implementation projects.

2. Using project management tools (YouTrack).

Analysis of client business processes:

1. Identifying the client's needs, adapting the product to the specifics of their business.

Expectations from the candidate:

• Basic knowledge in IT technologies.

• Experience with project management (preferably - YouTrack).

• Communication skills at a high level.

• Experience working with documentation.

• Readiness for business trips.

• Knowledge of languages:

  • - colloquial Ukrainian

  • - English - Intermediate level and above

  • - other EU languages ​​as an advantage
