For more than 5 years, Veteran Hub has been working to support veterans and their close defenders. We make sure that clients and all guests feel at home in our space. But we invite you to become part of the team that creates this atmosphere.

The primary consultant will be the first person to welcome clients to the space of the Veteran Hub and create a space of understanding for them.

What to do

• Meet guests and clients, create a friendly environment, familiarize them with the space, rules and work schedule

• Inform guests about Veteran Hub services and opportunities

• Monitor compliance with the rules of staying in the space

• Determine the essence of the client's request and redirect to the appropriate specialist

• Help with the preparation of space for events

• Fix and process customer feedback

Qualification requirements

• Experience with Google services (Gmail, Docs, Excel, Presentation)

• Experience as an administrator, consultant will be an advantage

• Experience working with soldiers and their loved ones will be an advantage

• Written and spoken English at Intermediate level and above will be an advantage

We will be glad to see veterans and their relatives in the team. As of May 2024, a quarter of the employees of the hub are veterans and a third are families of soldiers.
