Primary consultant in Veteran Hab

For more than 5 years, Veteran Hub has been working for veterans and close defenders. We make sure that customers and guests of the hub feel at home in the space. 

The primary consultant is the first to meet clients and creates a space of comfort and understanding. Become a part of the team that creates this atmosphere.

Veteran Hub's primary consultant is a person who who:

• Has organizational skills and attention to detail
• Communicative, has active listening skills
• Punctual, friendly
• Empathetic and friendly
• Resistant to stress, able to solve problems

What to do:

• Meet guests and clients, create friendly environment, familiarize them with the space, rules and work schedule
• Inform veterans and guests about the services and opportunities of the Veteran Hub
• Monitor compliance with the rules for staying in the space
• Determine the essence of the client's request and redirect to the appropriate specialist
• Help with the preparation of space for events
• Fix and process feedback from clients

Qualification requirements:

• Experience working with soldiers and their loved ones will be an advantage
• Experience working as an administrator, consultant, HR manager will be an advantage
< li>Written and spoken English at Intermediate level and above will be an advantage
• Experience with Google services (Gmail, Docs, Excel, Presentation).

Required: no ties to Russia since 2014.

• Work schedule: flexible, 3-4 working days a week (Monday-Sunday), shifts from 11:00 to 19:00 and from 13:00 to 21:00
